Shipping your orders within Germany, Austria, France, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, and the EU

1. Order Processing

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received.
(Applies to weekdays Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany, Austria, France, UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.)

2. Delivery Times

  • Germany, Austria, France, UK, Belgium, Netherlands: approx. 2–5 business days (standard shipping)
  • Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia & Romania: approx. 2–5 business days (standard shipping)
  • Other EU countries: approx. 4–7 business days (standard shipping)
  • Express shipping: delivery time according to the express option selected at checkout

Note on holidays and Christmas/New Year:
Delivery times may vary on public holidays in Germany, Austria, France, UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
During Christmas and New Year (approx. Dec 18 – Jan 5, depending on weekends), courier availability may be limited, which can result in longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Carriers

Your order will be shipped via reliable courier services. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package at any time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
During special promotions, shipping may be free — this will be clearly indicated on the website.

5. Liability After Shipment

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to them.
Giftphoria is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
